In Astana today a historic document was signed between the countries of Russia
on the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), as reported by ITAR-TASS.
The President of Kazakhstan
, Nursultan Nazabayev, afterward suggested that the three countries synchronize the timing of the agreement's ratification.
It is expected that the document will be ratified by all parliaments, Nazabayev said. "I'm suggesting that the timing of this work within the three governments be synchronized so that the union can be fully operational by January 1, 2015."

, Vladimir Putin
, said that the country supports the integration of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan
into the EEU.
"The attitude of our colleagues in both Armenia and Kyrgyzstan
is very serious and pragmatic and are based on national interests, and in the efforts to reach supplied boarders of the governments of all our countries," Putin said.
According to the guidelines of the document, Russia
agree to undertake guaranteeing the free transfer of goods as well as implement coordinating policies in various industries, including agriculture.

on the Russian market, and exporters in Kazakhstan
annually increase the volume of fruit
and dried fruit
